The Ministry of Finance by the powers vested in him via paragraph (b) of article 44(Z)(1) of the Immovable Property (Transfer and Mortgage) Law 1965 – 2019, has issued a decree in relation to the sale of mortgaged immovable property via an electronic auction system.
