Following the resignation of George Arestis in September, Constantinos Lycourgos has been sworn in as the new Judge of Cyprus at the Court of Justice of the European Union, and will see out the remainder of Mr Arestis term of office until October 16, 2018.
A formal sitting took place last week at the seat of the Court of Justice of the European Union on the occasion of the taking of the oath by the new Judge and his entry into office.
